So, today was my first "official" day of training for my new competition in September. At this point I believe I am about nine or ten weeks out. This should be very interesting. I am not using a trainer, I am taking what my trainer gave me last time and rolling with it. I have also added a few supplements to my diet. I am also considering addin in some refeed days. If anyone has done this during training please let me know how it has worked for you. I am excited to see what a difference those will make. I am going to have to be very strict with my diet from here on out as I have gained a considerable bit of body fat since my last competition. I weighed myself this afternoon and I was at 119, which in itself is not a bad weight to be at. But considering I was 104 at my last competition I have some work to do. I do not want to be a 104 this time because I think it was too skinny. But I don't want to be too far from it. I am hoping to keep this blog up with my progress because it will help me stay accountable. So far today, my diet has been to the tee. I know as time goes by this is going to be much harder so I will just take it day by day and hope for the best.
